ANY FURTHER REVIEWS OR THOUGHTS ON THE SIGHTRON 2.5-17.5X56 S-TAC SCOPE?
I’m a huge fan of sightron. I haven’t owned the S-Tac but it it’s anything like the S3 it’s solid. But with confidence. SWFA has a great sale on black friday where you could probably get a killer deal on them
I recently attended the Long Range Shooting class this past September and I will truthfully say it was worth the cost. I never thought I would be able to hit and 1 gallon milk jug size target at a 1000 yds especially since I didn’t have my own rifle available to me at the time of the class, I rented one of Bryce’s but I hit it on the 1st attempt. I don’t know why I didn’t try for the 1200 and 1500 yd targets but I did manage to hit the 1 mile (same size target) and was so happy it made the trip even better. Because I didn’t try the other 2 distances so I’m hoping to return to take the class again this coming May and I will have my own rifle. Thank you Bryce and crew great job.
I just completed the Intro to Long Range Shooting this past weekend. Their classes fill up so quickly I was so excited that I even got signed up despite being 4 months before the class would start. It was definitely worth the cost and wait. I figured that it would save me a lot of money on ammo by taking a class to learn the fundamentals of Precision Shooting, but I should have also waited to buy my gear too. Bryce can help you with everything you need if you are starting out. You can rent rifles for the class and get some experience with some nicely configured rifles or if you have done the research, give him a call and he can help guide you with your choices and can sell you just about anything you need. Believe me, I would have saved a lot of money just by avoiding buying the things I later wished I hadn’t. They have done enough of these classes that they have a great process set up. You will be taught great fundamentals and techniques that will help accelerate your enjoyment of precision shooting. We had people from all over this country that came to take this class and every one of the students loved it. The North Spring Shooting Range in Price UT is second to none. You’ll have a hard time finding any other range that offers the variety that you can get there. I plan to go back many more times just to practicing shooting with my other types of firearms.
